What if I get a defective Item?
If you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order, included your order number on the form below.

 Can I add to an order?

We do not keep any payment information on file, however, you can contact us before your order is shipped (via email or phone). We will gladly add the items to your order. 

The Item I want to purchase is out of stock?
We try to keep everything in stock and up to date on our site. You can email us at justscrapin@yahoo.com for an update or check back often. We restock weekly. 

I received a shortage on my order?
All shortages or damages must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the package. All correction will be address.

My Shipment got lost in transit?
 We provide all our customers with a USPS tracking number to keep you in the loop about your package. For any order that is lost in transit, contact your local post office and file a claim about the missing/lost item.

Gift Cards?

Not redeemable for cash, Not refundable, Can't be use to purchase Gift Cards. The Gift Card is good for one year from the date of issue.

International Shipments:

International Rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in. .

Justscrapin Crafty Corner does not pay for any customs fees. Those are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders over $50 may be insured at customer’s expense.

Can I have my order shipped to another place other then my billing address?
Yes, you can. During checkout there is a place for both the billing and shipping address.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged when you submit your order. Generally a transaction will be pending for one or two days before it is posted to an account. It depends on your bank or credit card company.
