Refunds and Returns
All products can be returned unopened (unless defective), unused and in the same condition, you received it within 5 days of purchase. Also ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. A 20% re-stocking fee and the original shipping fee are added to each return and will be charged at the time the credit is issued. You'll also need the invoice number or receipt.
NO refund on Gift Cards.
Any returns due to customer address entry error, not picking up the package, mail carrier error, etc, will result in additional shipping charges to the customer which must be paid prior to the reshipping product. If the customer does not wish to pay for secondary shipping, the items will be returned to stock and the customer will be refunded the cost of the product, less 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations on custom or personalized items and digital download.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, we will gladly make the exchange.
