Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after placement. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3-4  business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

If you plan to purchase a gift for Christmas Day, remember that the last day to place your order varies by shipping method. For First-Class Mail Service, the last day is December 15; for Priority Mail Service, it's December 16; and for Express Mail Service, it's December 21. 

Shipping times for custom orders vary based on the time needed to prepare your item. Once your custom order is placed, we’ll provide your specific shipping timeframe.
